The original painting was exhibited at "Holding Light" a major exhibition at Bondi Pavillion May/June 2026
The exhibition was an artistic response to the Bondi Beach terror attack December 14th 2025.
A portion of each print sold will be donated to the victims of this terror attack. A limited run of 50 prints will be produced.
After the attack in Bondi, thousands of locals - surfers, swimmers and community members + gathered at sunrise for a traditional paddle out. They formed a circle in the ocean, held a minute's silence and honoured the victims in a powerful act of unity and healing. This quiet and reflective show of solidarity was so moving. Light breaking over water evokes resilience at a time of national grief.

Fine art printing on Cotton Rag Paper
Made from 100% cotton and using a hot press production technique, this media features a smooth matte finish.
Prints are rolled first in a protective and biodegradable cellophane wrapping and then placed inside a rigid mailing tube. The tube is then packed out with recyclable packing and sealed with end caps.
I suggest you do not be tempted to open the tube so that you avoid damaging the print. Take it straight to your framer.
Prints on Paper
Artworks printed on paper have an additional 50mm white border all around . Please note that the framing option is not available for paper prints.
Canvas prints
Made from a blend Poly/Cotton, this unique heavyweight and professional quality canvas utilises a semi-tight weave that is ideal for photographic and fine art reproductions. It offers a high resolution coating that is pliable enough to withstand stretching without sagging, and displays a subtle texture for artistic look and feel.
All canvas prints have an additional solid 50mm coloured border for stretching and are available Rolled or Framed.
